Our Policy:
Our policy for new customers is credit card purchases. For open terms, if you fill out a credit application and it is approved, we will open a line of credit to you and our payment terms are 30-days net.
Payment are made in US currency and made payable to Sure Products, Inc., in Dallas county, Irving Texas.

Taxes:
Sure Products, Inc. will accept a valid tax exempt certificate. However if a tax exempt certificate is found to be not valid, the customer will be responsible for the taxes due to that state.
Delivery Options:
We will utilize any method of shipment you desire. Normal orders are shipped either by UPS Ground, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Air Select or Next Day Air. We also can ship motor freight or Fed Ex Shipping. Heavier items are shipped motor freight of your choosing.
Guarantee:
We guarantee all items purchased from us to be free from manufacturer defects for 90-days unless manufacturer gives a longer time period. The value of the defective item(s) is the limit of our libility.
